Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

I wanted to wish everyone a belated Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from Prayer Forums!
We spent the day Wednesday as a family, and thus I did not even get online. I'm not sure I'd change that, though I feel a bit bad about not having a post here!
As we read the story of Christmas in Luke 2, I could not help but feel the gratitude upwelling for what God has done for us. As the old carols capture, there was so much power and grace in what God and his Son did, and the Christmas story itself is part of the cross and the undergirding of time itself.
