Hurricane Florence is still working its way - walking its way - inland through North Carolina and South Carolina.

Please keep the folks affected by the hurricane in your prayers!

I am praying for the storm to weaken, the preservation of life, and the chance for the church to be able to help and minister to people in a time of need!

Please continue playing, there is widespread flooding again bringing up the term thousand year flood for many areas.

One location received 35" of rain in NC, another in SC hit almost 24". These are totals we never see in these parts. 8-12" used to be the max! A couple locations that are popular are only now accessible by a few remaining highways with some places having sandbag and dirt barriers to prevent the highway from being swamped.

My heart also goes out to people in the Philippines and Hong Kong with Mangkhut.
